With this vision, Upkar Trust has been established as a registered public trust dedicated to promoting social, educational, economic, and skill development initiatives. Our mission is to provide meaningful opportunities for women and youth to acquire practical skills that enable them to pursue self-employment, entrepreneurship, and sustainable livelihoods.
Who We Are
Upkar Trust is a registered Public Trust established with the objective of promoting social, educational, and economic development. The Trust is registered under the Indian Trusts Act, 1882, bearing Registration No. IV-2218/2007-08, Patna, Bihar.
The primary objective of Upkar Trust is to empower women, youth, and economically weaker sections of society through skill development, entrepreneurship promotion, capacity building, and self-employment-oriented initiatives.

Our Focus on Skill Development
In today's rapidly changing world, education alone is not sufficient. Practical skills, technical knowledge, entrepreneurial thinking, and market awareness are equally important for achieving sustainable livelihoods. Recognizing this need, Upkar Trust has adopted skill development as one of its core areas of work.
We believe that when individuals receive quality training, proper guidance, and continuous support, they become capable of building sustainable livelihoods through their own skills and efforts.
