Upkar Trust has established a systematic training framework to ensure transparency, quality, and effective learning. Every training programme follows a defined structure, duration, fee policy, and assessment process in accordance with the Trust's approved rules and operational guidelines.
Each training programme is generally conducted in three progressive phases:
Participants receive basic theoretical knowledge, introductory practical training, safety awareness, and essential operational skills related to the selected course.
This phase focuses on advanced practical training, product development, quality improvement, and hands-on skill enhancement.
Participants are introduced to entrepreneurship, business planning, product costing, quality standards, packaging, branding, customer service, basic marketing, and business management concepts.
Standard Duration: Nine (9) Months
The standard duration of a complete training programme is generally nine (9) months, consisting of the above three phases.
However, depending on the nature of the project, curriculum requirements, or institutional decisions, the duration may be revised where necessary.
A non-refundable Application Fee may be prescribed for each training programme.
Submission of the application fee does not guarantee admission. Admission is subject to eligibility, document verification, seat availability, and compliance with the Trust's admission policy.
After selection, candidates are required to complete a one-time registration by paying the prescribed Registration Fee.
The registration remains valid for the entire three-phase training programme unless otherwise specified by the Trust.
For each phase, trainees may be required to pay the prescribed Examination, Assessment, Project, or Certification Fee, as applicable to the respective programme.
The applicable fee structure will be notified before the commencement of each phase.
To support administrative and institutional operational expenses, every trainee may be required to contribute an Office Maintenance Charge, calculated on a per-day basis as notified by the Trust from time to time.
For training programmes requiring continuous use of electricity, generators, or other energy resources for practical sessions, an additional Energy/Diesel Maintenance Charge may be collected on a per-day basis, wherever applicable.
All fees shall be paid only through the modes authorized by Upkar Trust.
An official receipt shall be issued for every approved payment.
Fees once paid shall be governed by the Trust's refund and cancellation policy, if applicable.
The Trust reserves the right to revise its fee structure from time to time in accordance with institutional requirements.
A trainee shall become eligible for certification only after:
Successfully completing all three phases of training.
Meeting the prescribed attendance requirements.
Passing the required assessments and evaluations.
Clearing all applicable institutional dues, wherever required.
Upkar Trust is committed to maintaining a transparent fee system. All charges are communicated in advance, recorded appropriately, and administered according to the Trust's approved financial policies and applicable legal requirements.
"Our structured training and fee system is designed to ensure fairness, transparency, quality learning, and the long-term sustainability of our skill development programmes."
